CHOCOLATE MUNCHIN' CAKE 
1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. strong coffee (or water)
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
1/3 c. chocolate syrup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Confectioners' sugar

In bowl, mix together first 3 ingredients. Then add next 6 ingredients. Stir until mixed. Pour into ungreased 8x8x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until top springs back. Place paper doily on top, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar; remove doily carefully to preserve design.
