PORK CHOP BAKE 
4 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
4 med. potatoes, sliced
1/2 env. Lipton onion soup mix (or mushroom)
1 1/2 c. water

Brown chops; drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange peeled, sliced potatoes in greased baking dish, then chops. Add soup mix thoroughly blended with water.

Bake covered for 1 hour or until tender.
