PORK CHOP BAKE 
4 pork chops, 1/2" thick
4 med. potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
1 env. Lipton onion mushroom soup mix
1 1/2 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet, brown pork chop. Place sliced potatoes in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops on top. Blend soup mix with water. Pour over the layers of potatoes and chops. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Stir gently before serving.
