Pare and cut into slices, one eggplant. Dip eggplant slices into 1/2 cup of melted butter. Then dip eggplant slices into 3/4 cup of bread crumbs. Arrange slices on a baking sheet. Top each slice with spaghetti sauce, a bit of oregano and top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake 12 minutes at 450 degrees. |
