GALE'S ROMAN HOLIDAY 
8 oz. box elbow macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. longhorn cheese

Cook macaroni as directed. Brown and drain beef. Mix tomato sauce and soup; set aside. Cut cheese into long narrow strips. In 2 quart casserole, layer macaroni, beef, cheese, soup and sauce mixture. Repeat layers, topping with sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
