SPINACH SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) bag of spinach
5 hard boiled eggs
8 pc. fried bacon
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 red onion, sliced
1/4 bag Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing (navy blue bag or box)

Wash, pat dry and tear up spinach and place in bowl. Slice hard boiled eggs. Break up bacon. Slice mushrooms and red onion. Add stuffing.

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
1 med. chopped onion
1 tsp. celery seed

Mix dressing together and pour over salad when ready to serve.
