3 lb. ground meat, browned and drained 1/2 tsp. black pepper salt to taste 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 onion 2 pkg. enchilada mix 1 pkg. chili mix 1 1/2 c. salsa 1/3 c. ketchup 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies 1 can pinto beans (optional) water (as needed) Mix all ingredients together and cook over slow heat. This mixture can be used for chili, enchiladas, pizza or mixed in macaroni, poured over rice, or anything else you might want. If you don't brown the meat, the mixture could be used for meat loaf. |
