1 bought pound cake 1 lg. can fruit cocktail, drain juice into separate container 1 (6 oz.) box mix fruit flavor Jello 1 fluted pan or fluted Jello mold Mix Jello according to the directions on the box. Use the juice from the can of fruit cocktail as a part of your water mixture in mixing your Jello. Crumble the pound cake in bundt pan, fold in fruit cocktail until crumbled cake and fruit cocktail are well mixed in the bundt pan. Pour Jello mixture over the cake and fruit cocktail. Place pan in refrigerator until mixture has jelled firmly. To remove mold from bundt pan place bundt pan into large pan of hot water to loosen mold. Turn upside down onto a plate. Can be sliced along bundt mold pattern. Approximately 16 slices. |
