CHERRY SURPRISE 
2 cans cherry pie filling
1 box white cake mix
2 sticks butter, melted
1/4 c. slivered almonds (or more)

Spread pie filling evenly on bottom of 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle cake mix over top of pie filling. Dribble the melted butter over cake mix, sprinkle with slivered almonds. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Refrigerate when cool. Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or Cool Whip.
