PEANUT BUTTER MUFFINS 
1/3 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine egg, water, peanut butter, and vanilla. Beat smooth. Add all dry ingredients at once. Stir just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pans. Fill 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 6 muffins.
