2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 egg
2 c. buttermilk baking mix
2 tbsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 muffin cups. In medium bowl with spoon, mix milk, peanut butter and egg until smooth. Add baking mix and sugar. With spoon, beat vigorously 30 seconds. Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
