BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
1 loaf French bread
16 eggs
butter
1 pint whipping cream
1 c. honey or syrup

Slice bread into 1-2 inch thick slices. Place in greased 9X13 pan. Mix cream, eggs and honey (or syrup) and pour over bread.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes. Dot with butter while still hot. I have substituted skim milk and 1/2 egg whites with no problem, although not as rich.
