CHICKEN ENCHILADA PIE 
2 (2 or 3 lb.) chicken, cooked and chopped
1/2 c. green chilies
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can tomatoes
1 pkg. corn tortillas
Cheese - Velveeta or Cheddar

Saute onion and pepper, add soups, broth and chilies. Layer with tortillas, chicken and cheese. Put in greased casserole dish. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
