NANCY'S CHICKEN POT PIE 
3 c. cooked diced chicken
3 c. diced potatoes
1 1/2 c. corn or peas
3 c. gravy (made with chicken bouillon)
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 1/4 c. milk

In a 9 x 13 inch pan, place diced chicken. Cook diced potatoes for 6 minutes in boiling water. Place potatoes in pan, add corn or peas.

Pour enough gravy in to cover ingredients. Mix biscuit mix and milk together; spoon on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until topping is golden brown.
