CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 1/4 c. water
1 c. milk
1 (7/8 oz.) pkg. chicken gravy
3/4 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen vegetables - mixed peas, carrots, beans
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. snipped parsley
2 c. Bisquick

Combine 3/4 cup water, milk and gravy mix in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Stir in vegetables and chicken, heat thoroughly. Pour hot chicken mixture into an 11 x 9 inch baking dish. Stir onion, parsley, and remaining 1/2 cup water into biscuit mix until moist.

Roll on plastic wrap or pat out dough to fit top of dish. Set on chicken mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
