1 lg. head cabbage 6 lean pork chops 6 med. potatoes Season all Oleo Water Shred cabbage (larger than for slaw). Dot bottom of baking pan with pieces of butter, about 12 dots for 10 x 13 inch pan. Put layer of cabbage, season with season all and put 12 dots of butter on ingredients. Make an additional layer and repeat process until all cabbage is used. On top layer just add season all. Put about 1/4 cup of water in pan. Bake covered for 20-30 minutes. Then lay pork chops on top and bake about 45 minutes uncovered until brown. |
