BROILED SALMON | |
This recipe keeps the salmon very moist and brings out the flavor of the salmon perfectly. Great with red potatoes and asparagus. salmon fillets real mayonnaise lemon pepper dill (or rosemary) Tear off two pieces of tin foil for each fillet you cook with enough room to fold over edges. Place filet on one piece of foil and coat with mayonnaise, sprinkle with desired amount of lemon pepper and dill. Cover with second piece of foil and seal all edges to lock in moisture.
