PICKLED OKRA 
3 lbs. okra
3 c. vinegar, 5% acidity
3 c. water
6 tbsp. canning salt
1 clove garlic
1 big hero dill

Wash okra. Pack in jars. Add garlic and dill to each jar. Bring vinegar, water and salt to a boil. Pour over okra and seal. Process 5 minutes in hot water bath. Ready to eat in 4 weeks.
