PICANTE SAUCE 
24 lg. tomatoes
6 onions
4 hot peppers
1 1/3 c. vinegar
3 green chilies
3 red chilies
4 tbsp. salt
celery salt and mustard seed to taste

Simmer all ingredients for 2-3 hours. Allow to cool; pour into freezer containers and defrost as needed.
