CHICKEN KIEV 
6 or 8 chicken breasts
1 pkg. chipped or smoked beef
Bacon (1/2 slice for each chicken piece)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream

Grease baking dish. Lay beef on bottom of pan; place chicken over beef and place 1/2 slice bacon on each piece of chicken. Spread soup and sour cream over all and bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours. Excellent.
