GIANT RAISIN BRAN COOKIES 
2 c. Raisin Bran cereal, crushed to 1 1/2 c.
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs

Combine cereal, flours, and soda; set aside. Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy in larger mixer bowl. Add eggs; beat well. Stir in cereal mixture, thoroughly combining. Drop by scant 1/4 cup measure onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven about 14 minutes or until lightly browned.
