RAISIN OAT - BRAN COOKIES 
1/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. oat bran
Artifical sweetener equivalent of 4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. skim milk
2 egg whites

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oats, oat bran, baking soda, raisins and sweetener. Beat the skim milk with the egg whites and vanilla and work it into the dry ingredients to make a dough. Drop the dough by the teaspoonful onto a non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges of the cookies begin to brown. Transfer to a plate to cool.
