RAISIN OAT COOKIES 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. uncooked oat bran
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. reduced calorie butter, softened
1 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. nonfat, plain yogurt
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. raisins

Stir together flour, oat bran, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl. With a mixer beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, yogurt, orange juice, orange rind and vanilla. Beat in flour mixture. Stir in oatmeal and raisins. Drop onto greased cookie sheets, flattening with back of spoon. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
