1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. chopped onion
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 c. cooked noodles (1/2 lb.)
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheese

Cook beef and onion until meat is browned lightly and onion tender. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Set aside. In bowl mix cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Layer in casserole, 9 x 13 inch pan noodles, sauce and cheese mixture. Have sauce with meat on top. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
