SALMON LOAF 
1 lg. can salmon
Little onion, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Dash of paprika
2 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 c. hot milk
1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs

Beat 2 egg whites and fold in. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
