BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Ritz crackers
3 tbsp. butter

Cook broccoli and drain. Combine all ingredients except crackers and butter. Mix well. Pour into buttered baking dish. Cook 35 to 40 minutes at 350°F. Crumble enough crackers; mix with 3 tablespoons butter to cover casserole.

Bake an additional 10 minutes.
