MARINADE FOR BEEF 
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. BBQ sauce
1/4 c. red wine
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. chili pepper

Quantities are for a 4 1/2 to 5 pound roast. This is great for London Broil. Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Let stand for at least 2 hours or overnight. Great for grilling.
