MARINADE FOR BEEF 
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 c. red wine vinegar (breaks down membranes)
1/4 c. olive oil

Marinate 2 hours on one side, then 2 hours on other side. Warm to room temperature and grill.

Use basil butter to baste vegetables and on bread and or toast.
