TANGY BEEF MARINADE | |
3/4 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. red wine vinegar 2 tsp. dry minced onion 2 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. powered horseradish 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. garlic powder Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly; shake vigorously. Place desired cut of beef in a shallow dish; pour marinade over beef. Cover and marinate for 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning meat occasionally. Baste meat with marinade during grilling. Yield: 1 cup. |
