SIMPLE BLUEBERRY PIE 
2 pt. blueberries
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Combine 1 pint blueberries with all of the above ingredients. Cook until thickened. Cool. Combine with second pint of blueberries. Fill baked pie crust. Chill. Top with Cool Whip or "the real stuff." You may garnish with a few fresh blueberries, strawberries or leave plain.
