NO-FAIL POULTRY SUNDAY 
Oven 350 degrees. When you buy turkey breast or a roast chicken, or even rock cornish hens, just check the cooking time and relax.

If you can following cooking directions per pound, you can have a feast while you watch T.V. or spend time sewing or gardening or playing tennis. Your chicken, turkey or whatever fowl you choose will slowly bake in the oven.

First - Take that bird and cover it with herbs!! Sage, thyme, garlic, oregano, pepper and poultry seasoning. Rub it inside and out!! Prick the skin and douse him or it with 1/2 cup white wine or cooking wine and put him in a nice pan. He will be very happy and so will you when he is done. Usually it is 1 1/2 - 2 hours for all of the above and your family will be happy with the results. Stove Top Stuffing goes well with the above. Unbelievable!
