SHREDDED PORK & CUCUMBERS WITH
VINEGARED SAUCE
 
7 oz. (200 g) boneless pork
2 cucumbers
2 tbsp. salad oil

A:
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. juice of crushed garlic

B:
4 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. sesame seed oil

1. Coat pork with A.

2. Heat pan, add oil. Fry both sides of pork.

3. Slice cucumbers diagonally, and into shreds.

4. Cut pork into shreds after cooked

5. Combine B well.

6. Place shredded pork and cucumbers in bowl, stir to combine with B.
