BLUEBERRY CRUMB CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
2 eggs
1 c. milk
4 c. flour
4 tsp. salt
2 c. fresh blueberries

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
Crumble in 1/2 c. butter

Sprinkle topping on top. Bake at 375 degrees in greased 13"x9"x2" pan for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 24.
