CHILE CON CUESO DIP 
1 lb. processed American cheese
1 lb. processed Cheddar cheese
2 sm. cans chopped green chilies
1 clove garlic, mashed fine
1/4 c. milk or half & half

Melt cheeses in double boiler, stirring constantly over low heat until melted. Stir in chilies, garlic and enough milk to make it of dipping consistency. Keep warm in chafing dish.
