MARINATED VEGGIES 
1 lb. penny sliced carrots
1 bunch broccoli flowerettes
1 med. cauliflower flowers
1/2 ringed Spanish onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar

Mix dressing ingredients together. Pour over veggies. Cover tightly. Store overnight in refrigerator.
