MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. ground turkey
2 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. diced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. au jus gravy mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

In large bowl beat eggs, evaporated milk and bread crumbs together. Let soak for 5 minutes. Add meat, onion and seasoning. Mix well and shape into balls. Brown meatballs; drain, put in baking dish. Prepare gravy mix with water or milk. Pour gravy mix and mushroom soup and 1 cup hot water over meatballs. Cover with foil and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
