MANGO BREAD 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped mangoes
1/2 c. each raisins and chopped walnuts

Combine dry ingredients. Stir in oil, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in mangoes, raisins and walnuts. Pour into 2 loaf pans, and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
