LUSCIOUS SWEET POTATO PIE 
1 (1 lb.) or 2 med. sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
1/2 c. butter (softened)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle brand condensed milk
1/4 c. orange flavored liquor or 2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (9 in.) unbaked pastry shell
2 eggs (slightly beaten)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, mash yams with butter, add remaining ingredients except eggs. Beat until mixture is smooth and well blended. Stir in eggs. Pour in pie shell. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate leftovers.
