8 c. Rice Chex 1 c. chocolate chips 1/2 c. butter (or less) 1/2 c. peanut butter 2 c. powdered sugar Melt chips, butter and peanut butter in a large pan. Dump Chex in and stir like crazy. Immediately pour 2 cups powdered sugar and the Chex mixture into large brown bag and shake to coat all. Keeps well in an airtight container in refrigerator. Also freezes without sticking together. This recipe tastes like Nestle Crunch bars and makes a lot of munchies. |
