MOTHER MOFFET'S GREEN STUFF 
We never knew what to call this dessert - it was introduced to us by the mother of a good friend and she didn't have a name for it. If you know the name, let me know!

1 box pistachio instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping
1 bag mini marshmallows

Mix crushed pineapple and pineapple juice into dry pudding mix (i.e., do not drain pineapple!). Fold in entire container of whipped topping. Fold in bag of mini marshmallows.

Refrigerate for about an hour. Mixture will firm up.
