1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 sm. pack lime Jello, unsweetened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Heat pineapple with juice; add Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add cream cheese, stir until dissolved. Let cool. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into mold or glass dish to set overnight. At Christmas I cut cherries (maraschino) in half and add about 1/2 cup.
