1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. zucchini, grated
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream together butter, oil, and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk; mix all together. Stir together flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and cloves. Add to creamed mixture; beat well. Stir in grated zucchini. Spoon batter into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped nuts over batter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
