BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 sm. pkgs. frozen broccoli or (3 cans of asparagus)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Cheeze It crackers, crushed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Assemble vegetables in 2-quart casserole dish. Mix soup, mayonnaise, sour cream and cheese. Pour mixture over vegetables and spread evenly. Spread crushed crackers on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. When done it should be lightly browned on top and a creamy sauce when served.
