RHUBARB MERINGUE PIE | |
2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 3 eggs, separated (save whites for meringue) 1/2 c. cream 4 c. chopped rhubarb Blend butter, sugar, flour, salt and eggs. Cream. Then add rhubarb. Turn into pie tin lined with crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until it appears set. Let cool a bit before putting on meringue. |
