CRABCAKES 
1 pt. backfin crabmeat (remove shells)
12 saltine crackers, crushed
1 tsp. mustard
1 egg
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
Parsley bits
Green pepper, chopped (sm. amount)

Blend well. Form patties. Brown in melted butter. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place patties on a cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown.
