BREAD DRESSING 
2 loaves bread, some may be hard
3 lg. onions, chopped fine
3 celery stalks, chopped fine
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
Bit salt & pepper
Chicken broth to moisten

Break bread in large container. Put onions, celery and butter in skillet and cook. Cook slowly until vegetables are tender. Put salt and pepper and seasoning, over the broken bread. Mix. Put some bread in skillet to absorb butter. Add all to bread. Add enough stock after it is warm to make all moist (not wet). Make in balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown.

Love this but I use canned Turkey broth instead of the chicken broth....
