BREAD DRESSING 
2/3 to 3/4 loaf of bread
1 cut up onion
2 pieces celery
A dash of salt and pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning (approx.)
1/2 stick butter

Mix cut up butter and other ingredients with some warm water. Don't stuff the bird too tight as the bread swells up while cooking. You'll have to taste it to see if you have enough salt, pepper and seasoning in it.
