CHINESE NOODLE SALAD 
1 lg. head or Napa Chinese cabbage
5 or 6 green onions tops also (I use more)

Shred these and mix together. Next:

Do not use flavor pack, just the noodles. 1 sm. pkg. (3 oz. or so) slivered almonds 1/2 c. butter

Break up noodles and brown noodles, seeds and almonds in 1/2 cup butter on low heat until tan in color. Cool before adding to cabbage.

DRESSING:

1 c. any salad oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce

I use 3/4 cup salad oil and 1/4 sesame oil.

Mix everything together 10-20 minutes before serving. Serves 11-12.
