CHINESE NOODLE SALAD 
2 pkg. Ramen noodles
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1/2 c. butter
2 heads Napa cabbage
5 green onions
1 head lettuce

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. vinegar

Brown together butter, broken up noodles (no seasoning pack) and slivered almonds. When almost brown, add sesame seeds and finish. Cut and wash tender parts of cabbage and lettuce together with green onions with tops. Add noodles and almonds; chill. Add dressing and toss 20 minutes before serving.
