CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1/4 c. butter or 1 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. whipping cream
1 (7 oz.) box spaghetti or macaroni (shells), cooked
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Melt butter, blend in flour and seasonings. Cook until covered with bubbles. Remove, stir in broth and cream. Heat to boil, boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in chicken and noodles. Pour in 2 quart casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
